    There seems to be a number of missing steps about the Ruby app between part 1 and part 2 of this video series. I had to tweak the instructions to make part of the build, but it fails now at the "bundle install" step, with Can't find the 'libpq-fe.h header *** extconf.rb failed ***. It's a pity this series has not been updated since 2015.

    In the bundler installation part, why is /bin/bash used, instead of just the using the RUN command directly with gem install, like in the other lines with RUN?
